FROM BRAND DESIGN TO PRODUCT DESIGN
At the tender age of 15, I was introduced to the captivating world of graphic design. I studied Insurance at University of Lagos. Little did I know that this initial encounter I had with graphic design would eventually lead me on an inspiring journey of self-discovery and professional growth, culminating in my transition from graphic design to the dynamic realm of product design. In 2018, I made a deliberate choice to pursue a career in design. I've come to realize that product design, despite the complexity often associated with it, doesn't need to be as daunting as it seems. In my professional perspective, exemplary design should epitomize simplicity and clarity, all while maintaining a pragmatic orientation towards fostering business growth.
I SHARED MY DESIGN CAREER JOURNEY AT THE BEMORE FESTIVAL IN 2022
I enjoy crafting user-friendly products and collaborating with diverse teams to drive innovation. With four years of experience, I've designed solutions across various sectors. Currently, I'm a product designer at circulee, a B2B green IT-focused startup in Berlin. Prior to this, I worked at Utiva, where I started as the founding designer and contributed to a top-tier edtech platform. This platform has generated over $1 million in revenue and serves more than 12,000 learners across 12 countries, boasting a 4.7-star rating based on 1,300+ Google Reviews. It has also partnered with five global companies (HP, Binance, Facebook, Microsoft, and ACT Foundation) and was recognized as one of the 2021 African Challenger Brands.
In addition to my experience at circulee and Utiva, I've also gained valuable insights during my tenure at Reeddi Technologies, and Axiom Technologies.

Beyond Design, I enjoy listening to jazz music; Cory Henry and the Snarky Puppy are my favourite. When I am not designing, I am busy playing video games or engaging my mentees.
Broadly speaking, I hold a profound ardor for embarking on exciting journeys, reveling in the chance to glean wisdom from a wide array of individuals and broaden my horizons by delving into various viewpoints and encounters. When I'm not engrossed in crafting on my computer, I also channel my enthusiasm into the realm of photography.
